I enjoyed the show. I've got knitting needles in size of 35s and 50s for broomstick lace.
I was thinking if your skein winder/swift is tensioned you could wind from the jumbo bobbin, and then ply it back from the winder. Or, if you have empty bobbins and don't mind breaking the single just wind onto them.
